COLUMBIA, MD, March 2, 2009—Quotient signed a professional services partnership agreement with OpenText, one of the world's leading providers of Web Content Management (WCM), Document Management (DM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.

The partnership will allow Quotient to leverage OpenText resources including sales, marketing, customer support, and training, and will allow Quotient to build and deliver collaborative ECM solutions targeted to Federal, State, and local governments using the OpenText Web Solutions (formerly RedDot) product and other OpenText ECM solutions, including their flagship product, OpenText Document Management (formerly Livelink).
