Quotient Adds OpenText to Its Content Management Systems Services Offering

COLUMBIA, MD, March 2, 2009—Quotient signed a professional services partnership agreement with OpenText, one of the world's leading providers of Web Content Management (WCM), Document Management (DM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
