October 25, 2010−The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) awarded Quotient Inc. a contract to develop and implement a new public-facing web site. Quotient will be designing and developing a new look and feel for the web site, integrated new Web 2.0 capabilities and enabling future audio and video offerings, as well as evaluating, selecting, and implementing a content management system.
Quotient will be teaming with APTE, which specializes in training and educational software applications, to create a “CBO for Kids” page which would introduce budgeting and economics to children in a forum that engages them at their own level.
