Quotient, Inc., a leading provider of web-based information technology solutions, announced today that Ann Marie Conway has joined the firm as Capture/Proposal Manager, where she will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing winning proposals.
In her years as an independent contractor, Conway gained widespread experience in IT architecture, software development, project transition, risk management, contract deliverables, staffing and earned value management. She has worked on numerous Federal Government proposals and contracts, accruing extensive proposal and technical writing expertise in addition to invaluable project management knowledge. Conway also has experience in the private sector, developing quality commercial proposals for large companies such as Verizon, Target, Novartis, General Mills, Visa, and Nike.
“I am excited to join the Quotient team and help the firm continue its impressive pattern of growth,” said Conway. “My experience in writing, editing, and managing intricate proposals has given me the knowledge I need to work with IT experts to develop innovative and customized technical solutions.”
Prior to joining Quotient, Conway managed proposal teams that won high profile contracts with public sector organizations including:

· U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
· U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)

She also served as a proposal consultant for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, the State of Maryland Judiciary, the Executive Office of the President of the U.S., and Freddie Mac.
Conway holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University and graduated with honors from the Alpha Sigma Lambda national honor society. She is certified in the Shipley’s Proposal Methodology, including the creation of Compliance Matrices and Schedules. Conway is very active in numerous local and national charities and is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), the Federal Contractors Network, Guidepoint Global Advisors, and the Institute of Management Consultants.
