Quotient to Sponsor Wounded Warrior Project Awareness Event

COLUMBIA, MD, October 9, 2009−Quotient is proud to announce it will be a sponsor for the Wounded Warrior Project Tailgate Party on Oct. 24 at the Navy vs. Wake Forest game in Annapolis, MD. The event, which is free to the public, is aimed at gaining awareness for the program.  Event planners are also providing transportation and game tickets for about 40 soldiers from Walter Reed Army Medical Center who are currently in rehabilitation to enjoy the day.

“We know the sacrifices our service men and women make in order to ensure our freedoms,” said Quotient President, Clark Lare. “Quotient is honored to have the opportunity to support such a worthy cause.” 

“The goal of the event is to bring public awareness to the organization’s mission and the incredible need and amazing battle many of our service members still face when they return home,” added event organizer John O’Leary.

The event, which is part of Navy Fest 2009 and Naval Academy Homecoming activities, starts at noon outside Gate 5 of the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and includes live music along with free food and beverages.

The Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization that raises awareness and enlists the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women.
