September 28, 2016 – Quotient Inc’s Rebecca Bartlett recently participated in the UMBC Center for Women in Technology (CWIT) mentor program. As a mentor, she talked about the career planning process with the CWIT Scholars. Rebecca shared with the Scholars on how she started, moved through her career, and her experiences along the way.
The CWIT is dedicated to increasing the representation of women in the creation of technology and in information technology and engineering courses (ITE). CWIT’s Industry Mentoring Program connects CWIT Scholars, who are in their junior year of study, with an industry mentor. The program aims to inspire, motivate, and educate Scholars about the opportunities available for employment and leadership in the ITE fields.
