Quotient, Inc., a leading provider of web-based information technology solutions, announced that Shirley Collier has joined the firm as President, where she will provide leadership to the executive team.
Collier will be responsible for all the company’s operational and strategic initiatives, developing new and cutting-edge solutions that help redefine the way federal agencies fulfill their missions through effective and secure utilization of web-based information technologies.

Collier holds a Master of Science in IT Management and is a highly active member of the community with numerous accolades. Her achievements include:
