COLUMBIA, MD, September 25, 2009—Quotient, Inc. was awarded a contract to provide web design, development, and maintenance support for a United States Department of Education web site aimed at reporting information about the national state of student achievement. Quotient is responsible for providing web design and development services, to include site migration and managed hosting as well as on-going web maintenance support such as the posting of content, quality control, and managing customer feedback.
